Timothy J. Falcon established the Falcon Law Firm in 1990. Tim graduated from Louisiana State University in 1982 and graduated from LSU Law School in 1985. He was admitted to practice before the Louisiana State Bar Association in 1985.
Tim's professional memberships include the Louisiana State Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association - Maritime Section, Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association - Board of Governors - Maritime Section and the Jefferson Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in all Louisiana State and Federal Courts, United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the United States Supreme Court.
Tim is a married to Jewell Falcon and is the proud father of four children. He is also the Chairman and co-founder of Cafe Reconcile, a non-profit organization dedicated to the education and training of disadvantaged children from the New Orleans are (www.cafereconcile.com). Tim is also Chairman of the Greater New Orleans Rugby Foundation as well as coach of Shaw High School's rugby team. |

Jerry was admitted to practice before the Louisiana State Bar Association in 1997. | Denis E. Arauz, Sr. is a graduated from the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua-School of Law in 1978. The Lousiana State Bar Association certified his Certificate of Equivalency in 1995. Denis is fully fluent in Spanish and English and specializes in personal injury, automobile accident and workers compensation. He is also very involved in community activities to benefit Latin American youth. He is currently Vice-president of the Metairie Southshore Lions Club and Secretary of UNETE Association, which provides scholarships to children in Central America. |

Seyi is of Nigerian parentage and grew up in London, England. His upbringing and business background gives him an extensive network of business contacts and clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. |

Jenna M. Hatty earned her law degree from Louisiana State University's Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where she was involved in the Legal Association of Women, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, and the Public Interest Law Society. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science summa cum laude at Louisiana State University as well, where she was involved in Silver Wings/Angel Flight, Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Fraternity, and the LSU Tiger Girls Dance Team.
Jenna was admitted to practice before the Louisiana State Bar Association in 2009. Jenna's areas of practice include maritime, personal injury, general civil litigation and Longshore/Jones Act workers compensation.
